Responsibilities
- Own the platform strategy, product roadmap, and feature prioritisation for the Hyperface Embedded Credit cards platform and Smart benefits engine.
- Define and evangelise the Platforms vision and strategy, aligning on the outcomes in tandem with other product leaders in the team-- thereby enabling our teams to define and execute the output, tasks, features, and products that consistently deliver value to our customers.
- Responsible for shipping all wrapper and benefit engine products/ features on the roadmap.
- Own the stakeholder communication for all key projects, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional alignment, strong relationships, and a feeling of inclusiveness within the team with leaders from Technology, Design, Operations, and other supporting teams.
- Be the external facing product expert for client pitches and high-velocity projects
- Work directly with key stakeholders, gathering feedback, requirements, and insights into future product development and integration
- Deliver consistent, reliable, and impactful output from Product Managers under your leadership with a strong ability to mentor and groom talent for the next level of the organisation.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of experience in Product Management, with 5+ years experience in people management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent combination of experience and instruction
- Strong experience in building user-facing products, preferably in e-comm.
- Deep customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to drive for results cross-functionally and influence others within the company, our clients, and banks.
- Ability to define and translate a vision into detailed and actionable plans
- Strong understanding of agile product development, delivery, and tools
- Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Innately curious, Passionate about customer experiences, and high levels of empathy.
