Job Responsibilities
- As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be managing a set of key clients, helping them integrate with the Hyperface product suite, supporting them in implementing new features of the stack and assisting them in using the Hyperface dashboard and APIs in a manner that helps them achieve the best output for their card programs.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer projects, provide support, and ensure smooth execution
- Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner with thorough documentation
- You will work with the multiple teams at Hyperface across design, technology, product, and external stakeholders including issuers and schemes, to help clients go to market in time and run the program successfully.
- You will upsell additional solutions to generate more revenue from the customers
- You will prepare and send custom reports as requested by the clients being handled by you (as approved by the issuers)
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of software & APIs
- 1-3 years of experience in client operations
- Worked in a B2B setup or enterprise SaaS setup
- Worked in an operations role for a minimum of 1 year
- Experience managing external stakeholders
